Morrissey Steps Down From National Leadership Post

He said he will focus instead on his bid for Senate.

State Attorney General Patrick Morrisey (R) will step down as chair of the Republican Attorneys General Association “to focus on his duties in West Virginia and his Senate campaign.” (release)

Morrisey’s decision comes as attacks against him heat up in the race.
