Martz, who holds a doc­tor­ate in eco­nom­ic de­vel­op­ment, said her fo­cus at ANCA is to find re­sources, part­ners and mar­ket­ing op­por­tun­it­ies that busi­nesses of all sizes can use to com­pete in the glob­al mar­ket — skills that would help her bring growth to the re­gion.
