The Newark Star-Ledger wrote an editorial accusing Rep. Rodney Frelinghuysen (R) of being concerned only with his political survival. An excerpt: “It’s time for the congressman to come home — time for genuine political soul-baring, sackcloth-and-ashes optional.

“Because until we are enlightened by those who blithely lead us into the grimiest depths of the American empire, New Jerseyans will count him among this government’s worst parasites and bootlickers, just another fleshy domino tumbling into Camp Trump.” (Newark Star-Ledger)
