Ros-Lehtinen’s 2016 Challenger Mulls Another Bid

Bus­niess­man Scott Fuhr­man (D) said he’s con­sid­er­ing an­oth­er bid to un­seat Rep. Ileana Ros-Le­htin­en (R).

“‘I am giv­ing ser­i­ous con­sid­er­a­tion to chal­len­ging [Ros-Le­htin­en] again,’ he said. Fuhr­man, who runs a fam­ily-owned bot­tling com­pany in Miami, said he came the closest of any pre­vi­ous Demo­crat­ic can­did­ate to de­feat­ing Ros-Le­htin­en last Novem­ber when he lost by less than 10 points in the 27th con­gres­sion­al dis­trict race that in­cludes Miami Beach.” (Politico)
