Former state Attorney General Doug Gansler (D) on Thursday did not rule out launching a second bid for governor in 2018.

He noted people have repeatedly asked him about whether he’ll follow up on his failed 2014 bid, when he lost the Democratic primary to now-Rep.-elect Anthony Brown (D). But he noted he wasn’t sure if he could win the primary.

Gov. Larry Hogan (R) is up for reelection a second term. (Hotline reporting)
