NE-02: A new poll from North Star Opin­ion Re­search (R) and con­duc­ted for the Con­gres­sion­al Lead­er­ship Fund (Oct. 22-24; 400 RVs; +/- 4.9%) found re­tired Brig. Gen. Don Ba­con (R) lead­ing Rep. Brad Ash­ford (D) 48% to 44%. Don­ald Trump leads Hil­lary Clin­ton in the dis­trict 44% to 40%. (Roll Call)

NY-19: A new poll com­mis­sioned by End Cit­izens United and con­duc­ted by Pub­lic Policy Polling (D) (IVR) (Oct. 23-24; 1,218 voters; +/- 2.8%) found former gubernat­ori­al can­did­ate Zephyr Teachout (D) lead­ing former as­sembly­man John Faso (R) 44% to 41%. Clin­ton and Trump are tied in the dis­trict at 44%. (re­lease)
