At a National Journal event on Friday, Americans for Tax Reform’s Grover Norquist and former Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell went head-to-head on taxes and infrastructure spending.
Conversation got heated when the two waded into a discussion on corporate taxes. Norquist argued that the current 35 percent corporate tax rate is stifling for businesses, while Rendell stressed that loopholes diminish the amount that corporations actually pay. Watch:
