MacArthur Has Spent $1.2 Million

Former Ran­dolph May­or Tom Ma­cAr­thur (R) has raised only about $16,000, but has spent more than $1.2 mil­lion after loan­ing his cam­paign $2 mil­lion of his own money, and has more than $800,000 left in cash. Former Bogota May­or Steve Loneg­an (R) has raised $506,000, loaned his cam­paign $296,500, spent nearly $665,000, and has nearly $139,000 left in cash. 

The win­ner of the Re­pub­lic­an primary will face Bur­l­ing­ton County Free­hold­er Aimee Bel­gard (D), who does not have a primary op­pon­ent. Bel­gard has raised more than $474,000, spent $142,000, and has $332,000 in cash.
