Local Tea Party Leader Considers Primary Challenge

Says Roby isn’t conservative enough.

Wetump­ka Tea Party Pres­id­ent Becky Ger­rit­son (R) said she is con­sid­er­ing chal­len­ging Rep. Martha Roby (R) be­cause Roby “is not con­ser­vat­ive enough.”

“I don’t feel like she rep­res­ents me or most of the people in this room,” Ger­rit­son said dur­ing a loc­al tea party meet­ing. (Wetump­ka Her­ald)
