Reps. Blake Farenthold (R-TX 27), Pete Sessions (R-TX 32), and Lamar Smith (R-TX 21) all are expected to have tea party-aligned primary challengers in 2016, with Farenthold at the top of the list thanks to allegations of sexual harassment. Ammunitions businessman John Harrington (R) has already announced he’ll run, and more could follow.

State Sen. Don Huffines (R) has been mentioned as a possible challenger to Sessions, and state Sen. Donna Campbell (R) has been mentioned as a challenger to Smith, but both have said they’re not considering running. (Texas Tribune)
