The Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee is posting Web ads that say, “It’s time for Tom MacArthur (R-NJ 03) to declare independence from his record of shortchanging his employees.” The ad is referring to lawsuits against MacArthur’s former company over withheld overtime pay. The lawsuits came after MacArthur left the company. (PolitickerNJ)
