Gov. Scott Walker (R) and former Trek executive Mary Burke (D) remained essentially tied in the latest Marquette Law School poll, with Walker taking 46% to Burke’s 47% among likely voters. (July 17-20, 549 LVs, +/- 4.3%.) (It was Walker 46%-45% Burke among RVs.) Walker’s approval ratings are 47% approval to 48% disapproval and his favorable/unfavorable rating is 45%/47%, while Burke’s is 26%/24%. About half of voters still haven’t formed opinions about her.
33% of voters said they’ve been contacted by a campaign in the last month. (release)
