Taylor is prolific — he has written more than a dozen law-review articles on topics ranging from religious liberty to tort reform and an e-book on trends in taxes, spending, and other traits. The 43-year-old is also a political cartoonist who has published two other “playful” e-books, including an alternative history “featuring Ben Franklin combatting zombies, vampires, and the conspiracies of Aaron Burr.” Oh, and he handles committee issues that include voting rights, abortion, firearms, and liabilities related to the war on terrorism.
