Rep. Ron Barber, D-Ariz., was sworn in to office on Tuesday after winning a special election to replace his former boss, Gabrielle Giffords, who resigned earlier in the year.

There are also two vacancies in the House. One is the result of the resignation of Rep. Jay Inslee, D-Wash., who stepped down to focus on his run for governor. The other is the result of the death of Rep. Donald Payne, D-N.J., earlier this year.
