Deal or no deal? That's what was on Washington's mind this week as rumor after rumor emerged about a possible deal to break the debt-ceiling stalemate. Also this week, we learned about Michele Bachmann's migraine problem, and Sen. Claire McCaskill, bumped into her Republican nemesis at the airport, then tweeted about it.
