VIDEO: At 'Town Hall,' Obama Tweets from 'Laptop One,' Tosses Back Boehner's Big Question

How many seconds does it take for a president to send a tweet? As it turns out, it took President Obama about 37 seconds to send the following question (to himself), kicking off the first-of-its-kind "town hall" on Wednesday.
