Should We Be Offended By Vice President Joe Biden Today? -- VIDEO

A YouTube clip of Vice President Joe Biden speaking in Rochester, N.H., on Thursday shows him complaining about the outsourcing of call-center jobs. He imitates a call center employee in what might be an Indian accent.

What do you think?

Many took offense to something Biden said in 2006 while attempting to speak positively about his relationship with the growing Indian-American population in Delaware. He told a supporter, "You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin' Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I'm not joking."
