Former first lady Betty Ford died on Friday at the age of 93. At her funeral in Palm Desert, Calif., dozens of dignitaries, including Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton and first lady Michelle Obama, were in attendance. Ford's final resting place will be in Grand Rapids, Mich. On Wednesday she was taken to the Gerald R. Ford Presidential Museum in Grand Rapids where a military honor guard presided over the arrival ceremony.
