Watergate Gallery Opens at Nixon Library

The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum will not pretend Watergate never happened. On Thursday the Library opened the doors to its newest exhibition: a look at the scandal that rocked Washington and led to the resignation of the 37th president.

The Watergate Gallery includes sections like “Dirty Tricks and Political Espionage,” “Road to Resignation,” and “The Coverup,” and turns the library from a celebration of Nixon to a more honest look at the controversial presidency, the New York Times reports.
