A Scandal at the EPA

photo of Reena Flores
December 19, 2013

John Beale, a former top official at the Environmental Protection Agency, was sentenced to a stint in prison after he took nearly one million dollars in salary benefits for work he never performed. Beale was apparently too busy "working" for the CIA.

Plus, Fox News anchor Megyn Kelly sticks to her white Santa Claus guns. And to nobody's surprise, Stephen Colbert's favorite person, Bill O'Reilly, comes to her defense.
