Today’s e-Reads: Oracle Setback; Facebook IPO Could Launch New Tech Titans

The judge in Oracle’s intellectual property infringement trial denied the company’s bid to throw out Google’s claim to fair use, IDG News reports.

Facebook’s public offering could launch a new generation of tech titans, The New York Times reports. And Facebook says the number of new users is growing faster than its advertising revenues, Bloomberg reports.

Mozilla is accusing Microsoft of limiting its ability to distribute its Firefox browser on devices designed to run on the latest version of Microsoft’s Windows system, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Sony is predicting it will return to profitability, according to Reuters.
