Many questions remain after the FCC proposed fining Google over the investigation into its Street View program, The New York Times says.

Are Facebook and Apple threats to Internet freedom? Google thinks so.

European regulators are probing a joint mobile-payment program run by several telecom companies, The Wall Street Journal reports.

 

The photo-sharing app Instagram, recently bought by Facebook, gained 10 million users in 10 days, according to The Washington Post.

Google and Oracle are going to court in a blockbuster case over smartphone technology, Reuters reports.
