Vice President Joe Biden apologized Wednesday for the rocky rollout of the Obamacare enrollment website, Talking Points Memo reports.

“Neither [President Obama] or I are technology geeks, and we assumed that it was up and ready to run,” he said in an interview with HLN. “The good news is, although it’s not, and we apologize for that, we’re confident that by the end of November it will be, and there will still be plenty of time for people to register online.”

Centers For Medicare and Medicaid Services Administrator Marilyn Tavenner and Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius both apologized for the problems with HealthCare.gov in House hearings this week.
