Issa Releases 175 Pages of CMS Notes on Obamacare

The internal documents cover issues and planning during the first month of HealthCare.gov.

As part of his on­go­ing in­vest­ig­a­tion in­to the troubled rol­lout of Health­Care.gov, House Over­sight and Gov­ern­ment Re­form Com­mit­tee Chair­man Dar­rell Issa, R-Cal­if., on Tues­day re­leased 175 pages of in­tern­al gov­ern­ment meet­ing notes on Obama­care im­ple­ment­a­tion.

The notes are from the “war room” meet­ings of ad­min­is­tra­tion of­fi­cials and con­tract­ors at the Cen­ter for Con­sumer In­form­a­tion and In­sur­ance, part of the Cen­ter for Medi­care and Medi­caid Ser­vices re­spons­ible for im­ple­ment­ing the health care law.

The doc­u­ments re­leased Tues­day are from Oct. 1 to Oct. 29.
