Who Will Replace Jack Lew As Chief of Staff?

Jacob Lew's nomination to Treasury Secretary this afternoon leaves another hole in Obama's inner circle. Who might succeed Lew as chief of staff? Here are five names that have been floating around the Hill.

Ron Klain is current chief of staff for Vice President Joe Biden. During the Clinton Administration, he performed the same role for Al Gore.(Richard A. Bloom)

Former Sen. Tom Daschle served as minority and majority leader in the Senate. He was offered the Secretary of Health and Human Services position in 2008, but withdrew his name after controversy over his income taxes.(Chet Susslin)
