Washington Says Farewell to Sen. Daniel Inouye--PICTURES

Family members, members of Congress, and the Obama Administration pay their respects to the late Sen. Danierl Inouye during a ceremony in the Capitol Rotunda on Thursday. Inouye, who passed away on Monday, was as the second longest serving senator in history.
