Washington Recovers After the Storm -- PICTURES

July 2, 2012

Grounds crews around Washington are cleaning up after Friday night's severe storm that left hundreds of thousands without power in the D.C. metro area.

The grounds around the Capitol suffered minor tree damage, but there were no reports of damage to the buildings on the 274-acre Capitol campus.
