The 2012 Shad Planking: Where Are the Democrats?—PICTURES

Former Sen. George Allen, now a Senate candidate in the Old Dominion, worked the ropeline at the 64th annual Shad Planking in Wakefield, Va., on Wednesday. His 2012 opponent Tim Kaine didn't accept an invitation to the yearly rite of politics held in rural Virginia. Here's a look at the scene:
