Many things can be said about Vice President Joe Biden. You can say that he has a tendency to be slightly impolitic or that he can at times come on a bit too strong. But anyone would be hard-pressed to argue that Biden doesn't have a good time on the campaign trail.
Whether it's hanging with bikers, figuratively kissing babies, or literally kissing supporters, Biden has spent 2012 showing the world that life on the stump doesn't have to be dull.
It almost sounds like the set-up for a joke: "The vice president walks into a diner where's this group of bikers ..." But it's not. While campaigning at Cruisers Diner in Seaman, Ohio, Vice President Joe Biden chatted with the patrons — including a trio of motorcycle riders, at least one of whom seems to be amused — on Sunday, Sept. 9, 2012.(AP Photo/Carolyn Kaster)

Maybe it was because of the summer heat, but Vice President Joe Biden was a bit more unbuttoned than usual as he spoke at Spiller Elementary School in Wytheville, Va., on Aug. 14, 2012.(AP Photo /Don Petersen)

Hmmm ... the photographic evidence would seem to suggest that the vice president likes to hit the Dairy Queen when he's in Ohio -- which, let's face it, is pretty often these days.
