• Labor Secretary Elaine Chao addresses the International Leadership Foundation's 2007 Gala and Awards Dinner. (Washington Hilton, 7:25 p.m.)

 

• Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff testifies before the House Homeland Security Committee hearing on "The Challenge of Aligning Programs, Personnel, and Resources to Achieve Border Security." (311 Cannon, 10 a.m.)

• Attorney General Michael Mukasey delivers remarks at an event to mark the FBI's 100th anniversary. (National Building Museum, 10 a.m.)

• Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice holds a bilateral meeting with Finland's Minister of Foreign Affairs Cai-Goran Alexander Stubb (8:30 a.m.) and attends Snow's memorial service.
