President Bush is on foreign travel to Slovenia, Germany, Italy, France and the United Kingdom until June 16.

• The Senate meets at 10 a.m. to resume consideration of three bills and will conduct votes on the confirmation of three U.S. District Judges.

• The House meets at 9 a.m. for morning hour debate and 10 a.m. to consider 21 bills.

 

• Reps. Ken Calvert, R-Calif., Heath Shuler, D-N.C., Sam Johnson, R-Texas, and Gabrielle Giffords, D-Ariz., testify in an Immigration, Citizenship, Refugees, Border Security, and International Law Subcommittee hearing on "Electronic Employment Verification Systems: Needed Safeguards to Protect Privacy and Prevent Misuse."
