• President Bush continues his trip to the Israel and Saudi Arabia, meeting with the Quartet Representative in Jerusalem.

• The Senate convenes today to resume consideration of the conference report to accompany H.R.2419, the Farm, Nutrition, and Bioenergy Act.

• The House meets at 10 a.m. to consider H.R.2642, the emergency supplemental bill to fund the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and pressing domestic needs.

• The full Senate Appropriations Committee meets to mark up the FY08 emergency supplemental bill for the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. (106 Dirksen, 2 p.m.)

• Senate Agriculture Chairman Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, participates in a news conference on the farm bill. (Senate Radio/TV Gallery, 11 a.m.)
