Double-Digit Reprise?

Despite having picked up 30 seats just two years ago, House Democrats are almost certain to gain considerable ground again this November.

It is fairly clear that the next president will be working with an expanded Democratic majority in the House. At this point, a Democratic gain in the high single digits appears to be the Republicans' best-case scenario. A Democratic gain in the mid-teens appears more likely.
