Britain’s Prince Harry is coming to Washington, DC.

The red-haired younger son of Princess Diana and Prince Charles is scheduled to collect an award for humanitarian work supporting military personnel presented by The Atlantic Council, a nonpartisan think tank focused on NATO and U.S.-European security issues. He will accept the award on behalf of The Foundation of Prince William and Prince Harry at this year’s May 7 gala, according to a Monday release.

Prince Harry is an Apache helicopter pilot and captain in the UK's Army Air Corps. He completed his pilot training in the U.S. last year. In 2008, he served in Helmand province of Afghanistan for more than two months before being discovered.
