"Care" is somewhat of a summary of Tammy Baldwin's entire campaign. This Democrat, who is running in Wisconsin's 2nd District, talks about "the issues" in this ad. Foremost among them is the health of senior citizens and protecting Social Security and Medicare. Baldwin faces moderate Republican Jo Musser in a very close race.
