MAP: Gas Prices Rise Over $4

Though gas prices have declined over the past week, seven states are selling a regular tank of gas for over $4 on average, according to AAA reports. With the national average now $3.809, more states could soon join the list.  Still it is still well below the record $4.11 national average from June in 2008.
