Boehner: House Opposes Senate's Payroll Tax Cut Bill

The Senate’s two-month payroll tax extension is dead on arrival in the House. House Speaker John Boehner made that perfectly clear Sunday morning as he said that Congress will have to negotiate a deal closer to the House-passed one-year extension  before members leave for the holidays. The move prompted anger in the Senate, and from House Democrats.

Romney Defends Private Sector Work, Photo

In his first appearance on a Sunday show in almost two years, Mitt Romney spent much of his time defending his policy prescriptions and his work in the private sector, including a photo of him and his colleagues adorned with money.

Huntsman Defends His Position

GOP presidential candidate Jon Huntsman defended his campaign’s seeming lack of traction with conservative voters Sunday morning while taking jabs at frontrunners Mitt Romney and Newt Gingrich.
