Starin: "I, like many Americans, am frustrated with the partisan bickering in Congress." Starin "said he and his family moved" to CO from FL in '04. Starin's camp material "said that with more than 26 years in the aerospace industry, he "brings a strong technical and scientific background, along with common-sense approach to the issues facing our nation and" the CD (Fryar, Longmont Times-Call, 4/22).
