Getting Back In The Ring
Rudy Giuliani is trying to get his newest client, heavyweight boxing champ Vitali Klitschko elected mayor of Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. Giuliani plans to announce "a contract for strategies to root out corruption" with Klitschko, also known as "Dr. Iron Fist," today. "The announcement comes as the erstwhile" WH candidate "begins a return to the business world" and his strategy and security consulting firm, Giuliani Partners LLC. Giuliani said Klitschko "understands that reform and transparency are critical to attracting international business and sustainable economic development for his city." No word on whether Giuliani will travel to Ukraine (Farnam, Wall Street Journal, 5/7).
