Pres. Bush has chosen SBA Admin. Steve Preston "to take over as head" of HUD, officials said today. Preston would replace HUD Sec. Alphonso Jackson, "whose tenure was tarnished by allegations of political favoritism and a criminal investigation" and officials ends today.
