Administration Notes About HealthCare.gov Show Officials Knew Fixes Wouldn't Come Quickly

One week after the federal exchange website--HealthCare.gov--opened for enrollment, administration officials knew the problems would not be easily repaired, according to The New York Times' analysis of the documents released by the House Oversight Committee as part of the investigation launched by Chairman Darrell Issa, R-Calif.
