Grover Norquist, founder of the anti-tax advocacy group Americans for Tax Reform, said he expects Republicans to take over both chambers of Congress in this year’s elections.
"We're going to have a Republican House after this next election. We're going to have a Republican Senate after this next election," he said on CNN's Fareed Zakaria GPS on Sunday.
Norquist added: "The Republicans are now in a position where they will govern from the House and the Senate in the same way that the Democrats did for 60 years."
