At the start of 2014, every component of the American health care system will hurtle into a new era as all of the interlocking pieces of the Affordable Care Act go into effect. The law's implementation will produce seismic changes across the entire health ecosystem, impacting everything from the delivery of care to job growth.

October 3rd, 2013-- National Journal previewed what could be the most significant day in the history of health care—90 days before it becomes a reality. This half day forum examined the complex political, medical, and business ramifications of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Participants included key decision makers from all corners of those impacted by the new law.
