--Eighth grader Joe Platte, who grilled first term Representative Frank Guinta at a town hall meeting in New Hampshire after the congressman had tried to tell a 73 year-old man that proposed Medicare cuts in the Ryan budget plan wouldn't be implemented in time to affect him, according to the Boston Globe.
