Morning Vid: Gaunt Dick Cheney in Fine Obama-Bashing Form

Much has been made about Dick Cheney's frail appearance at the groundbreaking of George W. Bush's presidential library yesterday at SMU. But whatever physical effects July's heart surgery might have had on the former vice president, it's clear his political chops are already back in tip-top shape.
