FY10 Budget: By The Numbers

President Obama added details to the numbers in his first budget this morning, including $17 billion in proposed cuts in 121 federal programs. The House and Senate have already approved a $3.4 trillion FY10 budget resolution based on Obama's previously released budget outline.
