Fossella Arrested In Virginia For Driving While Intoxicated
People. Rep. Vito Fossella, R-N.Y., was arrested for driving while intoxicated Wednesday night in Alexandria, Va., the Staten Island Advance reported today. Fossella is set to appear in Alexandria General District Court on May 12 for an advisement hearing, the newspaper reported. Fossella chief of staff Thomas Quaadman and spokesman Craig Donner did not immediately return phone calls seeking comment. No other details were available at presstime.
