PICTURES: Cupcake Wars Come to the Capitol

Staffers and interns gathered in the Rayburn House Office Building on Thursday evening for the inaugural "Congressional Cupcake War," a competition organized by Washington bakery Sprinkles Cupcakes.

Seven teams came prepared with their finest baked goods, but only one could bring bragging rights back to the office on Friday. Luckily for Rep. Tim Johnson, R-Ill., legislative assistant Anna Vetter and staff assistant Alicia McAfee made the best cupcakes of the bunch.
