Former President Bill Clinton will address House Democrats at their annual issues retreat this week, a three-day event beginning Wednesday that will include a heavy focus on economic issues.

Vice President Joe Biden also will be speaking at the conference, which will be held in Leesburg, Va. It was not immediately announced which days Clinton and Biden will appear.

But the White House already has said that President Obama will also be speaking at the retreat on Thursday, a day after he makes an appearance Wednesday at the Senate Democratic retreat in Annapolis, Md.
