After Earthquake, Senate Holds Rare Pro Forma Session Outside Capitol -- VIDEO

The earthquake that forced the evacuation of the Capitol Building on Tuesday couldn't stop business as usual on the Hill. A brief "pro forma" Senate session, during which no legislative business is conducted, was held in a nearby conference room.
